Update

​Branham Builders presented to the Attica Village Council the preliminary proposal of extending Cook Drive into the southbound field previously known as Cook Field Sporting Complex. The new housing development is slated to include single family homes and condominiums and would be known as “Cook Field Estates.”
Jason Branham and Kendra with Pat & Kendra Team - RE/MAX Quality Realty proposed a village-wide 15-year tax abatement on new construction homes to help keep costs low for new homeowners and encourage growth in the local market. This will provide long term property tax revenues and immediate income tax revenue for the village, encourages the local economy, breathes new life into the community, and provides to the ever-growing housing need in Seneca county. We are pleased to share we were met with nothing but support, encouragement and constructive input by the Attica Village Council and the members of our community!
These proposals are in the early stages of development, but we are committed to working with the village to help home ownership become more accessible in Seneca County, right here in our own backyards. We are committed to working with only local professionals who are dedicated to the village and the care of this project. Our goal is to keep costs as low as possible while meeting the needs of the community.
In efforts to keep costs manageable for the community of Attica, we are working on identifying and applying for grants to help with the cost of constructing the street and running utilities.
