Update

​**Cook Field Estates Update**:
Branham Builders has spoken with the Tiffin-Seneca Economic Partnership on the development of the project. They are currently looking into any partnerships available to support at least one of the utilities on site, we are also in conversation to focus on potential ways to lower the infrastructure cost to help keep the project as affordable as possible to families that would be interested in building at Cook Field Estates.
This project is a 10-acre plot that Branham Builders is seeking to develop into 25-30 homes, and condos in Attica, Ohio.
As this project is still in the early stages of planning and design, we look forward to everybody's support to bring new housing to Seneca County.
