Upgrades like fireplaces, custom tile showers, closet systems and metal roofs are considered upcharges along with other miscellaneous items. We work directly with experienced qualified contractor supply companies to help keep your project organized and on budget. We are happy to allow customizations such as generators or custom kitchen cabinets so you can have the home you have always dreamt of! We can build any plan, not just ours!
