Custom new home construction projects are quoted on a price per square foot range depending on the plan. We can build any plan you find on the internet. We can also custom design plans for you for a fee.
Upgrades like fireplaces, custom tile showers, closet systems and metal roofs are considered upcharges and are paid for separately. New construction projects come with a budget allowance for cabinets, countertops, lighting, plumbing fixtures, and flooring. We work directly with experienced qualified contractor supply companies to help keep your project organized and on budget. We are happy to allow customizations such as generators or custom kitchen cabinets so you can have the home you have always dreamt of!
Our home packages are sold at a discounted rate compared to custom homes and can be upgraded and customized depending on what stage of the project they are in.
